Bill Pankonin is EXIT Realty's Upper Midwest Regional Owner which comprises of 13 States (IA, MN, ND, SD, WY, NE, MO, CO, KS, IN, IL, MI, and WI). Bill is a second generation real estate broker with a passion for the growth and expansion of the EXIT Realty brand.  Since joining and starting his Regional Ownership with 4 States to now covering 13 States and 8 offices to over 140 locations along with 1,800+ real estate professionals in just 10 years!

Bill strives to make every agent in his region successful.  He is a 15+ year veteran with EXIT Realty having started his career as an Independent Broker Owner and aligned with EXIT Realty as a franchisee as a Broker/Owner in Minnesota. Bill had a vision of helping other Broker Owners succeed and sold his brokerages to concentrate on Regional Ownership.
