Regional Owner
With a competitive love of racing and business, Kenny Lynn has made a career of successfully growing companies. Today, he is focused on the growth and development of the three-state region, EXIT Southeast Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee.
Kennys partnership with his regional co-owner, Stacy Strobl, began in the mortgage and real estate industry when Kenny joined Stacy in Harpeth Mortgage serving the Greater Nashville Area. In 2013, they acquired the rights to EXIT Realty Tennessee beginning the incredible growth story for the accomplished business team, establishing it as one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the state of Tennessee. In 2016, they acquired the state of Kentucky rights and in 2017, Georgia. After quadrupling the number of EXIT Tennessee agents within the first three years of ownership, the team was named EXIT Realty Corp. Internationals top regional owners for North America in 2015. In 2016, they earned No. 1 in franchise sales as well as earned the Leaders Leader award for regional leadership and developing a cohesive team of unstoppable professionals," according to EXIT Realty Corp. International Founder/Chairman Steve Morris.
A Nashville area native, Kenny and his wife have three children and consider Hendersonville, Tennessee their home. In his off-hours, he enjoys drag racing which hes done since the age of 16. He holds a National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) license and you can find him racing up to 135 MPH on the weekends! Passionate about growing businesses and empowering franchise owners and REALTORS® to own their present and future, Stacy Strobl is a EXIT Realty Southeast Regional Owner.
A real estate and mortgage industry leader for over two decades, Stacy grew up in Clarksville, Tennessee. After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Memphis, she taught in the Shelby County School System for seven years before earning her real estate license.
In 2004, she co-founded Harpeth Mortgage Company in Franklin. After working with Kenny Lynn in the mortgage industry, in 2009, he joined her. Four years later, Stacy and Kenny acquired the rights to EXIT Realty Tennessee and became Regional Owners establishing it as one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the state of Tennessee. In 2016, they acquired the state of Kentucky rights and in 2017, Georgia. She and her partner were recently named the Regional Directors of Florida. After quadrupling the number of EXIT Tennessee agents within the first three years of ownership, the team is positioned to grow the company into the top regional company for EXIT International.
